Deep Borewell (Solar) Project
ସୌରଚାଳିତ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ

ଯୋଜନା ନାମ: ବିଜୁ କୃଷକ ବିକାଶ ଯୋଜନା

DEEP BOREWELL PROJECT

1.Read the Instructions Carefully and Press the'PROCEED' button to proceed further.

2.Before the start of filling the application through online mode, the applicant should keep the following details / documents ready:

Valid Mobile Number
Aadhaar Details
BPL Card Details (For SC / ST category having BPL card)
Plot Details (Bhulekh)
Land Patta
ROR Affidavit (If the applicant has no Record of Rights (ROR) for Land details)
Water Sharing Document (If the applicant has less than 5 Acre Land)

3.The Applicant should fill up all the required information i.e., Personal Details, Present Address Details, Land Particulars of Proposed Project, etc. correctly.

4.If the applicant has less than 5 Acre Land then Download the Water Sharing Document and fill it out:

5.Applicant should upload the scanned (digital) image for Aadhaar Card, Photo (Optional), BPL Card (For SC / ST category having BPL card), Land Patta and ROR Affidavit (If the applicant has no Record of Rights (ROR) for Land details), & Water Sharing Document (If the applicant has less than 5 Acre Land).

6.Document format should be in JPG/ JPEG/ PDF and the size of each file should be between a minimum of 500kb & maximum of 1MB.

7.Upon completion of Registration, the applicant can download the application form and will receive a message in the registered mobile number which will contain the Application Number.

DEEP BOREWELL (SOLAR) PROJECT

3.Before the start of filling the application through online mode, the applicant should keep the following details / documents ready:

Valid Mobile Number
Aadhaar Details
BPL Card Details (If available)
Land Particulars of Proposed Project (Bhulekh)

4.The applicant should fill in all the necessary information such as personal and current address details of the Beneficiary's representative, Land Particulars of the Proposed Project, etc.

5.Applicant should upload the scanned (digital) image of the Aadhaar Card and BPL Card (If available).

6.Document format should be in JPG/ JPEG/ PDF and the size of each file should be between a minimum of 100kb & maximum of 1MB.

7.Upon completion of Registration, the applicant can download the application form and will receive a message in the registered mobile number which will contain the Application Number.

(Scheme Name: State Plan)

3.Before starting of filling the application through online mode, the applicant should keep the following details / documents ready:

Valid Mobile Number
Aadhaar Details
Pani Panchayat Details.
Project Details.
Energy Bill Paid Receipt (Last 3 Months).
Land Particulars of Project (Bhulekh)

4.The applicant should fill in all the necessary information such as personal and present address details of the Beneficiary's representative, project Details, Land Particulars of the Project, etc.

5.Applicant should upload the scanned (digital) image of the Aadhaar Card.

6.Document format should be in JPG/ JPEG/ PDF and the size of each file should be between a minimum of 100kb & maximum of 1MB.

7.Upon completion of Registration, the applicant can download the application form and will receive a message in the registered mobile number which will contain the Application Number.

8.Applicant should be a member or office bearer of the said Pani Panchayat for which application is made.

9.In case of Reinforcement of Old Operable LIPs very old projects will be given priority and project age below five years will not be taken into consideration.

10.Pani Panchayat promoting non paddy crop in Rabi season will be given priority. An agreement will be executed between OLIC and PP before commencement of work.

11.Pani Panchayat having pending electric bill should clear the arrear energy dues before submission of application form otherwise application will be rejected.
